Cancellation Policy

At GDS Beauty, we understand that life can be unpredictable. We're committed to helping you achieve your goals with our exceptional services. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours ahead of time so we can ensure that everyone is taken care of. If you need to cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours, we'll charge 50% of the service price before booking your next appointment. We know that sometimes things come up unexpectedly, but if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we'll have to charge the full service price. Thank you for your understanding, and for helping us provide the best possible service to all of our clients.

Late Policy:

We totally get that life can be unpredictable. That's why we offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. But, if you're running more than 10 minutes late, we'll have to charge you a $5 late fee to keep things running smoothly.


If you're more than 15 minutes late your appointment please contact your stylist BEFORE the appointment start time. Failure to do so can result in your appointment being cancelled or needing to be rescheduled.
